About Us

The company was created in the 1980's and has been owned and operated by family ever since. The prime incentive to start the company was based on many complaints heard in the industry of false promises, poor service, inferior equipment, etc. Though the founders were in there fifties, mother had years of experience in office management, while father had formal training in electronics, security sales, central station operation, and over 15 years in law enforcement or major medical center security. The son received formal training in home automation and computer networking. The oldest daughter was a graphics stripper who implemented all design work. The company is now run by the youngest member of the family who worked her way up through all phases of the company to become the first and only female L5 Low Voltage Contractor in the State of Connecticut. She now brings forth not only her own expertise, but those of all before her.

Initially our prime function was the installation and servicing of Security & Fire Detection Alarm Systems. Over the years our customers needs made it necessary to expand our services to now include communications, audio, closed circuit television, home automation and environmental monitoring. Our growth pattern has always bee determined by the ability to maintain quality installations, affordable pricing and completion of installations within a given time period.

Because of our reputation and dedication to what we believe, over the years we have been approached many times by larger companies to sell our business. We felt to give in to the sellout trend would have been a direct betrayal to everything we stood for and to the customers who believed in us. We have always stood fast against the mass marketing, sell at any cost mentality, the inexperienced sales tactics, which in many cases have hindered our growth, but we can be proud of the final bottom line, the customer that is protected the best way possible.

Our many years of installation experience, coupled with law enforcement experience, has given us the ability to advise the customer not only the proper methods of protection, but the ability to assess their property as a whole and suggest other precautions that could be taken to assure their safety e.g. height of shrubbery around the house, proper locking systems etc.

Our never ending goal is to always provide the best equipment available, never sacrifice quality for price and continue our dedication always striving for perfection.
